    there is no healthy way to lose weight fast because loosing weight too fast can be as bad as putting weight on to fast

    try these things to help loose weight;
    exercise;
    – Yorga tapes work great

    eat healthy;
    – try to eat all the recommend foods (food pyramid)

    whatever you do, do NOT starve yourself , as this is unhealthy and causes you to GAIN wait !
