How do i lose weight fast i want crash diets!?

I know there bad for you but i dont care i am looking for a crash diet
I dont want to have to buy special products i just want this to work fast can you help?

    I always recommend my clients to start diet and exercising slowly. I would highly recommend walking for you. Start with 5/10mins a day, then begin adding 5mins slowly, only when you think your body can handle it. Don’t over-do it.

    Yogic Diet

    This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian). This means plenty of raw foods – salads, sprouts and seasonal fruit – vegetable juices, dried fruits and loads of water.

    Avoid potatoes, peas, chick peas, grams, peanuts, all non-veg fare, fried, fatty and spicy foods, junk / fast foods, packaged foodstuffs and confectionary products. Also keep away from milk and milk products such as cheeses and butter. But you may have plenty of diluted buttermilk prepared from skimmed milk.     Well to answer your question it would take ime but here is a workout or thing that might help :

    1)Stop eating and excercise intensely. (time consumed: about a week, maybe)

    2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)

    3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)

    4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)
