How do I lose weight fast!!!!! HELP?

I am going on vacation in like 3.5 weeks and i have a flabby belly is there any way that I could possibly lose any weight from my belly taking any suggestions besides starving myself!

    besides starving yourself (avoiding fats, hydrocarbs, sweets, etc you know the story) get some exercise, (a bike, jogging etc)
    Oh, I forgot….drink plenty of water…..
