How do i lose weight fast and safe?

Im 16 years old and im a female that is 270 pounds i really need to lose weight in a fast way and a safe way also my height is 5’3. ill do anything it takes to get this weight off and im also willing to work out. my weight problem have gotten so bad that my doctor is talking bout me having diabetes. if u know anything please help

    but since your weight problem is a bit bigger, i can suggest to go to a nutritionist and they can make you a food guide and tell you what to do to lose the weight and give you all the right things according to your weight, height and age. So that would be your fastest & safest way to lose weight.

    Good luck, stay focused and I’m sure you’ll be able to do it. I, myself, wanna put off a few pounds and I’m working towards it.
    Also, getting a weight buddy is very helpful! They’ll help to keep you motivated when you feel like getting up! Do consider that.. if you feel like your friends will make fun of you, find one online! =}

    The healthiest and most effective way to lose weight is to eat healthy and start an exercise program. It’s simple enough and will save you money because you won’t be buying any diet books or magic pills. Get most of your calories from lean protein, veggies and wheat pasta and bread. Eat smaller more frequent meals, personally I shoot for 5-6 a day. This will crank your metabolism up and make fat loss easier. For exercise start off slow. Get on a treadmill for 20 mins at a pace that you can handle. Start circuit training with weights and gradually build from there. This is basically what I followed and lost 15lbs in the first month.     Ok here’s what you do eat about 3-5 small size portions like for breakfast try a yogurt, and like a banana or a piece of toast with peanut butter and banana slices very yummy and healthy! and for lunch try veggie stir fry like, carrots, broccoli,artichokes,onions,(just a little for some sweetness) and um…sesame oil, soy sauce, a little meat like chicken…and any other veggies you want, then its time for supper like a snack but not like cheese or crackers and stay AWAY from bread!! then dinner supper should be at 3-4:00ish then dinner at 6-7:30ish also try jogging or walking about 15 minuets for a few weeks then raise it a little like 25 Min’s then u can go always to an hour!! swimming and riding bikes works very well your getting the exercise in your legs and muscle toning…try not to lift weights or anything until you lose about 50 pounds …stay away from bread and cheese!! and drink lots of water about 5-8 glasses a day!
