How do I lose weight fast and not gain it again?

I’m 15 and well I’m not as thin as I’d like. I’m 5ft 4, and eight stone I want to lose a stone. But don’t know the fastest way to do it? I’ve bin bulimic but when i stopped I gained half a stone in two weeks. So I stopped all together and just tried exercising. I don’t gain weight now but I don’t lose any either. What do you think I should do?…x

Try gradually lowering your intake of calories while exercising harder. Don’t do either too drastically at once as that will cause you to gain weight again in the near future. What you want to do is to gradually eat a little less, while exercising more every day. This should help you to lose weight while being able to keep it off.

    hope this helps!

go on long runs, slow runs if you have to. Starving yourself, I wouldnt recommend. And lossing weight and gaining again is if you stop working out, it will start coming back. When I was at boot camp I lost 30 pounds and I have gained it all back, I lost and gain here and there but you need to keep working out to keep weight off and loss weight. Eat right too

What you need to do is to learn to eat healthy. It is a matter of changing the bad habits into good habits. The exercise is an excellent start.

As for eating healthy, look at what you are eating and decide where you can make good decisions. Eating a diet that is heavy on the fruits and vegetables is the way to go. These things are packed full of nutrients the body needs to remain healthy. And remember, when it comes to dieting, so many people think the less they eat, the better. Not true. Your body needs about 1500 calories per day to maintain healthy body functions, especially at your age.

The one thing I always like to point out is that one 2 oz. candy bar is the equivalent of eating 4 medium apple, 3 large oranges, 3 bananas or 3/4 of a kg of carrots. That’s a lot of food.

I’d also recommend in this case consulting with your physician to address any eating disorders. It may seem embarrasing, but it is better than the alternative.

    Good luck.

In losing weight its the calorie count that matters most; you lose weight by burning off more calories than what you consume or, consume less than what you expend. Here’s an advice:

Eat a healthy breakfast and don’t skip it. Eating a healthy breakfast would jump-start your day, give you energy and can help you eat in moderation at lunch and dinner. A high-fiber, low-fat breakfast may make a major contribution to a total reduced food intake for the day.

Losing weight is simply a matter of limiting calories consumed and burning off more calories with exercise and daily activities. To lose weight, it helps to know how many calories you are consuming in a day.

Also, eating more of “Negative Calorie Foods” is great way to lose weight.

Check out http://loseweightsite.net It has an article on “Negative Calorie Foods”

If you’ve been diagnosed with bulemia then you should see your doctor about losing weight. What we think we look like to others is what makes us sick in the first place, it’s the reason why you are bulemic maybe. Being healthy is most important and your doctor can help you obtain and maintain health and fitness.
