No such thing as losing weight easily and fast. The reason so many people are fat is because it’s hard.

Anyway, there’s all sorts of plans and programs out there and really you need to find one that suits you. I’m currently doing Bas Rutten’s MMA workout and am just starting a paleo diet (http://paleodiet.com/definition.htm) which is a good combo for getting lean and strong. Something similar might be good for you, given the workout is short and high intensity.

As a minimum though, cut out all sweets, fizzy drinks and salty snacks and get running. Try to get plenty of protein and limit your fat intake and have plenty of vegetables. That’s a good basis for any diet/workout plan.

Cut back on all junk foods (pizza, chips, candy, sodas…etc) and fried foods. Try to eat a bit of protein at every meal, and some fruit.( Like if you normally have a donut for breakfast, try making yourself an omelet with cheese and ham, its pretty good, or just some eggs, and a banana.) Running would help, and you could also do some cardio and go to a local gym, or do sit ups, crunches, or jumping jacks, push ups…
It will take some time, but you will see some improvements, also in your health. Drinking A LOT of water every day is really necessary also, and it’ll help a lot.
    hope i helped 🙂

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Well you need to follow a good diet plan or simply eat healthy and nutritious foods and less fatty foods. You will also need a good workout plan. Diet and exercise combined is what you need to lose weight in most cases. There is actually a great at home workout system that can help you lose weight pretty easily and quickly which you can learn more about here http://www.betterbodyjournal.com/series/p90x All that you need comes with the system and there is a nutrition plan and workout plan for you to follow with detailed instructions to make it easier for you.

eat more meals but make each meal smaller. this will speed up your metabolism and do not eat before you go to bed because you burn very little calories in your sleep and starving yourself will not help because your body goes into starvation mode which will slow down your metabolism and a fast metabolism is key to weight loss. drink at least 8 cups of water a day and get a lot of fiber. if you do not exercise 30-60 minutes a day i highly recommend you do because if you do not you should only eat a quarter size meat a day. if you don’t exercise then do not get a lot of cards and carbohydrates like bread(get wheat whenever possible), pasta and so on. do not also eat canned foods because they have a lot of extra sodium and fat

The most effective way to lose weight is to try a safe diet pill which works well in conjunction to a healthy diet and regular exercise. If you are looking to take a pill and lose weight its impossible. What you need to do is workout for 2-3 months and do lots of cardio while eating healthy small portion meals, then when you feel you have hit a wall, then take a diet pill and it will put you into overdrive. But when your ready to take the diet pill I would suggest and appetite suppressant like phentramin-d: http://buy-phentramin.com

I’m using phentramin-d, so I can share some info about the diet pill. It is very effective and quite amazing to see quick results. I lost 16 lbs in the first 4 weeks and about another 18 lbs in the next 4 weeks. I’ve lost 34 lbs so far in 2 months.

This is what I do whenever I wanna shed a couple pounds for an upcoming event or just because:

-i know it’s hard, but for a full week don’t eat ANYTHING with sugar/fat in it. that means not only staying away from the obvious stuff like chocolate bars and ice cream, but also things like cereal with a ton of sugar, everything with high fructose corn syrup, and really starchy foods. eat a ton of fruits and vegetables. you can change it up a bit, but what i do is i have cheerios and some kind of fruit for breakfast, some kind of light soup and fruit for lunch, and then i have an early dinner of some kind of veggie, grain, and fish. also, count the amount of calories in each meal you have. make sure you have an early dinner, not a late one right before you go to bed. your stomach digests food slower if you eat and then go to bed right away. it slows down your metabolism.

-try to have three 400 calorie meals per day. also, watermelon is a great food to have when you’re trying to lose weight. it has almost no calories and fills you up. have a small bowl of it and a glass of water before each meal and you’ll eat half of what you normally would.

-exersize, but DONT’ BUILD MUSCLES. mucles actually weigh more than fat. if you want to loose weight, do not lift weights, get ripped, or do any exersizes that will give you excessive muscles. a little bit of nice toning is fine, but limit muscle building exersizes to curl ups and push ups. i do 100 curls ups a day and twenty push ups. but stick mainly to cardio workouts, like jogging for three minutes and then walking for five, ect. idk if you have a treadmill or not, but if not then jogging outside works too.

but don’t keep doing this diet for more than a week…it can’t be good for your overall heatlh because you’ll be limiting your dairy and poultry intake, but for just a week it’s fine. also, after a week of no junk food, i always feel like eating a carton of ice cream ^.^ good luck!

Find an online weight-loss buddy. A University of Vermont study found that online weight-loss buddies help you keep the weight off. The researchers followed volunteers for 18 months. Those assigned to an Internet-based weight maintenance program sustained their weight loss better than those who met face-to-face in a support group.
