Well yo could do that, but you wont be having a very fun holiday. 500 calories a day for a month will likely put you in the hospital, if no you wont have very much energy at all. 1200-1500 is a reasonable amount.

If you think 500 is healthy, you should speak with a physician.

Try yoga. Go for lots of walks. Low impact burns stored fat where as something like running would burn more recent calories. Don’t worry so much about weight, beauty comes from within:)

..wow…sorry but I can’t imagine anyone wanting to do that and still be healthy- why bother eating at all? I’d consider bumping up the exercise to at least 3 times a week…and do 15 min of cardio…(walking, biking, dancing etc) and 15 min of resistance or weight training. If no weights available…try some basic pushups and lunges or use containers of water for arm weights etc. You burn more calories/fat with resistance training plus you get toned at the same time. As for eating…try the 5-6 small meals a day.. up to 1200 calories a day. If you eat only 500 calories your body ends up going into starvation mode..and it hold on to fat to compensate. So it won’t pay off after a week or so. And with 1200 calories, you will still lose weight and not feel like crap while you’re doing it. Drink a decent amount of water and have a salad ready to have anytime you are starved and not feel guilty every time you eat it! Good luck.

You will make yourself sick and ruin your holiday. Eat at least twice the calories and increase your exercise to five or six times a week for an hour each time. Ensure that two of the sessions are with light weights.

    Eat HEALTHY & EXERCISE
The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you take in when you eat.

Being young(ish) you probably dont need to lose weight. Just tone up your muscles & you’ll feel alot better

about yourself! If your in highschool, maybe you & a friend or two could use the work out room with weights &

all that after school a couple days a week.

Starving yourself will only make your body overconfensate when you DO eat & therefore your body will take more

fat out of the food that you do in case you go starving it again.

Diet pills aren’t right for anyone. Plus they come with very gross side effects such as uncontrollable bowl

movements, mood swings & uncontrollable apetite.

You are not going to go anywhere with that sort of a schedule, first off
you need energy if you are going to spend it.
So say have at least 2000 calories a day but then use up 3000 calories a day.
This will get you to lose weight over a period of time.
Also try some kind of supplement, like this one for example
    http://www.herba-belgie.be
Herbalife, it works really and many people use it daily as it doesnt do anything bad to the
body except for making it very tone.

    Thanks

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.
