Try going for a run everyday for like 30minutes. 🙂

Since summer is coming up quickly, I would suggest swimming. Its burns a lot of calories. Also lay down on the alcohol and junk food. Drink plenty of water, and lift weights as well. And do lots of cardio such as running. You will get that six pack back in no time. Also do the things you did last time when you had a six pack.
Good Luck

Along with a proper workout routine (one that involves heavy cardio), you will need to also focus on your diet.
For your situation, a “high intensity interval” training program would be optimal. For diet, just make sure you’re still getting enough calories, but cut out fats and sugars.
Sorry for the lack of detail, but there are tons of informational resources online that will help you reach your goals.

The key is eating right, six packs are made in the kitchen, not at the gym. Just cut all the fast carbs off your daily diet and you should see some results..
