How do I lose weight and belly fat super fast without pills?

I only have one week to get a perfect bikini body. And I have lots of belly fat and thigh fat.

    sorry to dissappoint you but spot reducing is really prety much impossible and the time limit is too fast , no one could lose weight that quick

    I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but seriously I think the best way to lose weight fast is to eat less and walk or exercise a little more than usual. I lost 20 pounds in just over a month, just from eating less and walking more often, and it’s been easy to keep the weight off because my stomach shrank. I know everyone says it doesn’t work, but if you really put some effort into it and eat some gum instead of chips or cookies when you get a craving, you will get quick results. Hope this helps you!     If its not a lot then go on a celery and tuna salad diet coupled with wearing tons of layers and working out on a treadmill/bike or other substitute. Swimming and ab workout.

    I know you said without pills, but sometimes you just need that extra push……the belly fat is the toughest area to get rid off.     Well one week to a perfect body is a little far fetched, but your best bet will be to drastically boost your BMR with some high intensity, full body exercise. Ever hear of squats?     Also know that there is no such thing as localized fat loss. You can’t control where your body stores fat or takes it away from.
