How do I lose weight?

I want to loose about 10-30 pounds. I go to the gym every other day. I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I usually run about two miles. Then I use the bike and bike for 30 minutes and that’s about 4-6 miles. I eat salads for lunch everyday with 1-2 hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and grilled chicken. I only drink water, nothing else. I’m not asking how to loose weight quickly, I just want to know a safe and effective way.
btw I’m allergic to flax seed oil.
