how do i lose tummy fat quickly?
I’m going on a field trip tomorrow. We’re going swimming in a public pool. But only one problem……. I believe I have to much tummy fat to wear a bathing suit! I’m 14 and i weigh 125 lbs! How can I lose that stubborn tummy fat in a fast effective way? that doesn’t involve taking any type of medication.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF< that will just take longer for u to lose weight, cuz since ur not getting enough energy from food, ur body has to store ur fat for energy, so it creates more fat. Thus, u get fatter instead of just eatin enough and burning the calories which is a much faster and more effective way! DONT DO ANY PILLS, VIDEOS< OR CDS (losing weight doesnt have to cost money) OR ANY OTHER STUFF(SLIM FAST) YOU CAN STILL EAT GOOD FOODS, JUST IN MODERATION. DONT LIMIT YOURSELF< IF YOU REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT HERES A GREAT PLAN THAT REALLY WORKS: Every day do: 30 push ups 25 sit ups 15 leg lifts (WITH THE THREE THINGS ABOVE< EVERY DAY IF U FEEL LIKE UR GETTING STRONGER AND CAN HANDLE MORE THEN ADD 5...) Go riding a bike for 20-40 minutes Walk to and from places if its possible to Run a mile once a week Swim twice a week for a half hour FOOD: Eat all three meals a day, just dont overfeed. Take your time when eating. If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy. No soda WATER When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light. For breakfast, have cereal or yoghurt. For lunch, have a salad or sanwich with whole wheat bread For dinner, enjoy yourself, but dont pig out or have super unhealthy foods...example:::fried chicken with a side of french fries and chocolate cake for dessert!!! UHH NOOO!! NO ICE CREAM Eat 1 hour after waking up(if u can) and 3 hours before u go to bed. Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%. NO POPCORN< CANDY NO CHIPS FRIED FOODS ONLY 1 time per week NO COOKIES/cake (WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose.) To lose it in a couple days you need to:
– Have 0 – 1000 mg of salt a day. No more than that. Salt makes you retain water.
– And drink 10 – 12 cups of water a day.
To lose it permenately you need to:
– Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.
– And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.
– Drink 10 to 12 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.
– Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).
– Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it’s been shown to speed up your metabolism).
– For your metabolism’s sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don’t eat 3 hours before you go to bed.
– Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).
– Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.
– Or, if giving up meat just isn’t your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day.
– Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.
– Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.
– Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.
– Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up.
– Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.
– Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit.
– Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food.
– Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee. There are so many hidden calories in drinks.
– Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or “bad” carbs.
– Remember to read the labels. They hide so much junk in “healthy diet” foods now a days. My rule of thumb is, if I can’t pronounce it, I won’t put it in my body. Because you are what you eat.
– Set small goals (like 5 pounds) and when you reach your goal reward yourself with something (not food).
And just remember that you can do this. It’s not impossible. You just have to stick to it and the weight will just fall off. Good luck with losing weight. Hope I’ve helped.
