You can’t just lose “belly fat”. When your body burns fat, it burns it all over. Not just where you want it to. There is no such thing as “spot reduction” regardless of what you hear on infomercials. You can do crunches all day long and build killer abs, but they would still be hidden underneath a slab of fat.

Only answer for that is diet & exercise. By diet, I don’t mean a complicated “eat this, don’t eat that” diet… just lower your daily calorie intake, and exercise regularly even if it is just a 30 minute walk. Once your calorie intake is less than the amount of calories your body burns each day, you will see the fat begin to come off slowly but surely.

Sounds like you could benefit from a full body cleanse. A friend of mine uses an Acai Berry product, it flushes all the waste out your system.

Shes lost quite a lot of weight and she swears by the stuff. She got it for free too, only had to pay like $4 shipping.

    Heres their site: http://tinyurl.com/acaiberries

    1) eat small portions of meals
    2) start exersise program (don’t kill yourself though in the first weeks)
3)start exersising intensively 4-5 times a week 60 minutes every day (the best exersise to loose weight is to run, but take it to your attention, fat itself will burn only after 18 minutes of running, so if you run at least the same time, after the time when fat started burning, that is 18 more minutes you will start seeing the results in 4-5 days after this intensive program.)

I used to run with a speed of 5.3 to 5.7 miles/hour but you should set your own comfortable speed.

It’s hard to target a certain area for fat reduction. It’s all in your genetics where the fat goes. Unfortunately some of us are screwed! lol…i feel your pain. The good news though is that this will probably be the place that will loose the most fat while you’re loosing fat everywhere.

Whatever you do though, don’t waist your time with crunches. The majority of the population believes that they target belly fat, but this is hardly the case. All you’re going to do is strengthen…if even that…the abdominals beneath the layer of fat. Not only is this not getting you anywhere, it’s probably hurting you more. Strengthening the muscles that adduct your whole body (fold your body in) is just going to cause you to be a hunched over old lady in the future. If you want a nice looking belly, just do TONS of cardio to loose that fat, try to limit what you eat just a bit, and to get those nice creases you see on models, I’d focus more on working your obliques. Do some exercises with weight instead of just your body weight. Your core is stronger than you think since they’re always working and just your body weight will not cause overload. Start with the machine that you twist….working the obliques of course. Then progress to something like using a medicine ball, leaning back on one of those incline benches doing a Russian Twist (moving the med ball from side to side). Follow the ball with your eyes to make sure your torso is twisting, and not just your shoulders.

SOO…to sum up before i get on too long of a tangent (lol), don’t bother with crunches or searching for some secret tip out there (that doesn’t exist). Just go out there and exercise your butt off if you really want results. Relax when you see others working a third of what you are and seeing faster results. Everyone’s body works in different ways…those damn genes. Just stay persistent, and patient. Results will come 🙂

    Good Luck!
