how do i lose lower belly fat fast?

ive been doing 100 sit ups for a month now and trimmed my upper belly fat but i still have lower belly fat. what must i do to lose it? leg raises?

    RUN RUN and RUN sit ups use p very little calories as compared to afull out running/jogging for 30 mts. jogging really increases the heart rate and sucks the fat from all over the body

    Do some energetic exercises! Sit ups are great for toning the muscle, but don’t burn much fat off. Try aerobics, or running, or dancing.. anything that will get you moving. You can’t lose weight just off one specific spot, but doing something energetic, coupled with your sit ups (as I say, they’ll tone your stomach muscles) will get your lower belly fat burned off in no time 🙂
