How do I lose fat/weight but not muscle?

If I’m 115lbs 5’4, and I want to lose fat off my thighs and stomach without losing muscle, because it was so hard to get it there? How to do this?

    Sprint! Long distance running eats your muscles away after you use up your glycogen stores. Sprinting will burn fat and increase HGH levels.

    Try eating less meat/dairy, a better source of protein is beans/soy, plus you don’t get all the fat. You will keep your lean muscle but lose the fat.
