How do I lose fat off my knees?

I have fat on my knees, I’m 5′ 2″ and 110 pounds…I run 2 miles every day…I’ve been doing this for about 2 years now…I don’t like sweet foods like candy, cake, cookies, ice cream, etc. and I don’t drink pop because I don’t like it…I’m also a vegetarian…So how can I lose this fat on my knees, and where did it come from?

    just continue to exersize. Each person looses weight differentally! But every one has alittle fat on their kn ees!

    Your bodyfat deposist are dictated by your genetics.

    If you wish to lose the fat on your knees you should focus on overall weight loss via a calorie defict diet consisting of nutritious foods.
