How do i lose belly fat and tighten up my abs?

ok so I go to the gym once in a while and i’m not really eating right.. I need some advice on how i can lose the fat on my belly and just tightening up my abs… Like what type of abs exercises? and should i use an elliptical like to warm up and finish? please give me some advice.

    Do 30-100 crunches before you eat dinner
    keep a chart of how many calories you consume
    walk daily
    get a gym membership
    aerobics
    cardio exercise

    There are so many things out there that can help you. The thing you have to do is find what you can commit to and stick with it. It will take some time, but the results will be worth it if you can be consistent.
