How do I lose a lot of weight without making my skin look disgusting?

I’m planning on losing about 35 lbs within the next two months. I’ve heard that if you lose weight too fast, then your skin will start to sag and get loose. I want to know how to lose that much weight and still keep my skin nice and tight.

    Exercise to tone your body while losing weight. Plus this will help with losing weight overall. Also, drink lots of water! Your skin and body will love you for it. Shoot for 64 oz (around 2 liters) a day.

    the less weight you lose at a time, the less chance of that happening…
    if you lose ten pounds your first week (water weight) and 2 pounds a week after that, you probably will not have lose skin…
    I think you need to lose a lot more than 35 pounds for that to really happen, anyways…. it’s more of the people who lose 100 pounds or more, in a very short period of time, that happens to
    Also, just as a safety net, make sure that you do muscle building exercises…
    it is when the muscle is lost, that people get the lose skin…
    so build up as much muscle as you can…

    First of all that’s alot of weight to try to lose in such a short period of time. Your best bet is to go online and search for a Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculator that tells you how many calories you burn while at rest. You could cut back about 500 calories. You can do about 1,500 calories a day but never go below 1,200. When you do that you start to lose muscle mass not fat. That will interfere with your metabolism and actually slow it down.

    Best exercises are elliptical because it is zero impact and power walking on an incline. It actually burns more calories than running depending on your speed and incline. But also try to incorporate weight training about 2-3 days a week to keep strengthen your muscles they help burn more calories while at rest.

    Back to your question the best thing to do is find a waist trimmer belt. It is made of neoprene and this helps especially if they weight you are trying to lose is on your stomach. They also have shorts these help to make you sweat and also keep your skin tight. You need to do this in order to help your body adjust to the weight loss. It may not help completely if you lose to fast but under normal conditions it works wonders. Check out the link to they have one for 5 bucks.
