How Do I Loose Some Weight ?
i t ?am 5’5″ and i weight 140lbs. i want to loose 20 pounds quickly. I don’t eat a lot, but then again I don’t starve myself. I am active…i’ll do sit ups…stretching and other excersise i can do at home and sometimes i go to the gym to…buh im still not loosing any weight…can someone please tell me how i can loose 20lbs by the summer without using pills and things like that.
