I’m currently a male high school student at the age of 15 who eats rice on meals each day. and I am quite fat for my age, do you have any suggestions on how to loose weight quickly? I’d like to loose some in time for the prom,
thanks a lot.

    Exercise and eat healthy.
Jogging is good for losing weight fast.
Doing weights is probably not a great idea since you’re still growing.

start by not eating the rice and try eating more small meals. You have to use 3500 calories more than you take in to lose 1 pound, Walk every day at least a half hour, light weights won’t hurt you and do lots of reps to do aerobics while you lift.we’re talking 20 pounds, drink plenty of water, not gallons just stay hydrated. if your lucky the first couple weeks you will lose 5 pounds or better, but that is the easy part, and the fat doesn’t go away, it shrinks. The only way to lose a lot of weight fast is get something large amputated. good luck

The only way is to burn more calories than you consume. You can achieve this simply by reducing your caloric intake and increase your physical activity.

Try to eat less sugary and fatty foods – the rice shouldn’t cause the problem, unless you eat too much, it’s more likely to be the rest of the meals.
Start exercise – walk at first, then walk faster, then try to run for short distances. Build up gradually over several weeks, and then increase the running, and reduce the walking.
If you are in school, there should be some form of sport you can do there as well.
Keep at it, and you will feel a whole lot better.
    Hop this helps.
Try to include something else, such as swimming or cycling.
