How do I get a slimmer body for the summer?

Hi I am a 14 year old girl and Im trying to get a more slimmer body before High skool starts. Please give me some tips and info about how I can keep up with an exercise routine…

    Slimmer body generally equates to diet and exercise. Try finding a summer activity that will keep you active. Swimming (laps or aerobics, not splashing) can bee a good option. Work on learning to eat healthy. Get your friends involved, and get out of the house. Look at babysitting. Younger kids are great at getting you to run around a lot. Take them to the park, and play tag. Get a jump rope, and use it.

    Most important, worry less about being slim, and concentrate on being a happy healthy person.

    Monday – Jump-rope 10min in the morning and 10min in the evening
    Tuesday – Two sets of 10 push-ups and two sets of 10 sit-ups
    Wednesday – Rest
    Thursday – Jump-rope 10min in the morning and 10min in the evening
    Friday – Two sets of 10 push-ups and two sets of 10 sit-ups
    Saturday – two sets of 50 jumping jacks in the morning and in the evening
    Sunday – Rest

    Other ways:

    swimming (laps)
    sports
    go jogging with your friends
    make records of how many(jump-rope jumping jacks push- ups sit-ups) you can do!
    go to the park and make a exercise routine
    join a workout club

    Tips:
    Get a friend to do it with you, it helps to have support.
    eat five smaller meals
    Drink lots of water(DON’T DRINK POP!!!!!!!!!!)
    surf the web for more things!
