Flushing out the colon is not a good idea, unless it is a medical procedure. Losing weight fast is also another one of those things fraught with problems. You can make quite a difference in two months by following a healthy eating regime and doing more exercise. If you lose weight in a reasonable time, it is less likely to pile back on. Some people make the mistake of trying to lose weight fast by eating next to nothing, and after the initial modest weight loss, the body frequently goes into starvation mode and the weight loss slows to a stop. Helpful exercise is brisk walking, cycling and swimming. You could go to the gym if you felt the need, but it is not absolutely necessary. For “healthy eating regimes” just surf the net, because there are zillions of sites offering sensible advice. Please try and avoid fad diets. The word “diet” is another things that can put a bit of negativity on the effort, so just call it a “healthy eating regime” and then it is something that can be discussed without the “diet” word cropping up. There is another magic trick you can use: drink plenty of water throughout the day, up to about 1.5 – 2.0 litres if you can. I boil filtered water, cool it, and then decant it into a bottle and put it in the fridge. It tastes really nice and is very refreshing throughout the day. You are not very overweight, so I can imagine you could be quite trim by the wedding date. Good luck with your efforts and I hope you enjoy the wedding.

There are several ways to approach this goal.
1) Keep a food diary- you’ll be surprised how much calories or food you consume. Then examine it and ask yourself, is your diet well-rounded? Do you need to cut out unnecessary junk food out or are you even eating enough fruits and vegetables? etc.
2) Exercise- You should set some time each day or almost everyday to exercise. In addition to exercise you can make small changes such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther than you would and walk more to the store, etc.
3) Drink lots of water and cut out or cut down on sodas, alcohol, and other high calorie drinks.
4) Sleep- Make sure you get enough sleep because there are studies that say when you don’t get enough sleep, you can gain weight.
Perhaps you know all this, but these basic tips do work if you actually do them. Don’t do any crazy diets or master cleanse because it’s not a long term solution. You want to make good healthy choices into a lifestyle.

You will be able to accomplish your goal before that date. My best suggestion is to try an organic aloe vera weight loss program. The program focus its attention on the 3 aspects of a successful program with permanent results:

Reduce your intake of pork. Pork is not something that can help you to lose weight. So the lesser pork you eat the better chances you have of losing weight. And remember that pork includes the pork products as well, things like bacon, ham and sausages.

When you do notice a change, reward yourself. When I say reward I do not mean go for some goodies like chocolates or sweets. Maybe you could go for a movie or buy yourself something like a new dress or a trinket. This is something that can keep you going. It is a good idea to save on the money that you wanted to spend on ice creams and chocolates and then treat your self to something more substantial.
