Not really a fast way to loose weight and if there is it’s not healthy. Anyways, excersize for about an hour a day and eat less and healthy. Give yourself time to loose that weight. If you loose it too fast it will come back that fast and even more. Eating healthy is a way of life not just for a period of time. good luck!!!

Breastfeeding burns 1200 calories a day. It took me 3 months to finally get the hang of it, but perservering got the milk supply in and caused me to loose weight really fast-I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight in less than that time. Good Luck!

Move to Namibia. There, fat chicks are considered to be hot. You may want to bring a mosquito net and a case of Off, though. I hear malaria is pretty bad this time of the year. But that’s a small price to pay for being hot where you’d otherwise just be considered a beached whale. You know??

You will loose up to 500 calories a day breast feeding, but don’t put you or your baby at risk by not eating a nutritionally sound diet. You also need to drink plenty of water. Yes sounds strange but you need to stay hydrated so that your body can focus on utilizing the stored fat instead of trying to conserve because you are not eating properly.
The next step is mild aerobic exercise. Swimming is great but you don’t want to go into the water until you are cleared by your OB as you could put your self at risk for an infection.
Biking is also good, but again your pelvis is not healed from having to expand to allow a baby to pass.
Walking is the BEST as you can place baby in a stroller and go.(there are ones specially built to let mom jog or run and push incredibly easy.
There is no simple way to this but finding a good routine and sticking to it will help that baby fat melt away.
by doing the above i lost my baby fat in about 3 months.

breastfeeding takes the weight off the quickest….dont stress – remember it took you nine months to put it on, it isnt going to come off in one…hang in there and remember this too shall pass!!

Eat 6 meals a day…small ones. Do abs exercise while you watch tv try to consume 1200 calories a day, cut the breads and pastas, dring 8 glasses of 8 oz of water a day you should see the different. Do some sort of aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes.

relax its only been three weeks… lol I lost all of mine and then some, just by walking.. put the baby in the stroller and go! and its also a good stress reliever.. being a new mom can be stressful
