i want to lose the fat on my legs before june…any ideas?

    take a daily run/jog. Start with a mild each day and work your way to two miles each day. you can make it weekdays, and maybe take the weekends off and work out in a gym during the weekends. Running and eating healthy would be the best way to keep your legs slim.

    if you run and do light weight squats for 10-15 reps at a time, do maybe 4 sets of them, you will lose quite some fat around your legs as well as the rest of your body.

    Really, you cant target specific areas but that will help give your thighs a nice tone. THe running will give your legs an overall good look and you will burn any other residual fat.

    Jump rope, jump roping is probably the best way to lose fat in your legs, expecially the cellulite.
