How can you lose thigh fat quickly?

I have a natural tendency to have larger thighs and I was wondering if anyone can help because I know it’s possible- during summer vacation I got an ulsar and ate nothing but applesauce for 2 weeks and my thighs were tiny. And I am not going anorexic so don’t even think about saying that.

    Unfortunately genetics and mother nature determine where you get fat and lose fat first. But to lose body fat you need to eat healthier and exercise.

    There is no such thing as “thigh fat.” Spot reduction doesn’t work, this is according to my doctor and dietitian. You lose weight as a whole unit. You do have a first gain spot, that attracts extra pounds first, but if you are gaining weight, it will be all of you. With that said, burning more calories than you consume will make you lose weight and if you achieve this through leg exercise (running, jogging, squats, squat thrusts, elliptical machine, etc) the thighs will tone and get firmer. You will shed pounds to reveal your shapelier thighs.
