how can i some loose weight?

ok im 5’8″ and i weigh about 200 lbs (yikes)
i exercise a lot. and its not all muscle its mostly fat 🙁
plz help. any thing i can do to loose quickly, i just want to be ormal like everyone else and not be so fat

    you must workout an hour a day 5 days a week and must eat vegetables and fruits and DO NOT CONSUME A LOT OF FAT AND SUGAR…. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE IN SMALL PROPORTIONS.
