How can I reduce bulky muscle mass while maintaing my current activity level?
As a former gymnast I was always very lean until I joined the crew team my freshman year of college and put on 16 pounds of muscle due to the heavy lifting regimen. I am still very active and dont have much body fat but I still feel too bulky with my remaining muscle mass. Any tips to get leaner legs and smaller back?

Hey my name is Chandler an I am a long term weight management specialist. Now muscle weight is tricky because you can’t target one area. Just go back to low or no weight cardio and resistance. Try swimming as an alternative to your current regimen. Since you are trying to lose muscle an not fat pay attention to you diet. Here is an article that will help.
