How can I quickly lose weight?

I need to lose some weight quickly for an event coming up in 2 weeks.
How can I do it? Should I crash diet?
I need some information please.

    It can work for you as it has worked thousands of people in Asia and it really works.

    All you need to do to lose weight is to eat a banana and drink a glass of water in the morning

    And eat anything you want during the day.

    take your calorie intake down to about 1000-1100 cals per day.
    morning…..2 crumpets teaspoon low fat spread between 2
    or………….3-4 nimble with same spread
    dinner…….. 4 nimble with wafer thin turkey ham on and loads of salad
    tea…………ready meal up to 300cals a few new potatoes if needed and loads of veg again
    pack of low fat crisps and two tangerines or apples
    this worked for me, i lost loads of weight and wasn’t hungry
