Cardio and pound the water. The Navy SEALs drink a gallon a water a day, and those SEALs know their sh*t about fitness. Get outside and ride a bike, swim, and run. You’ll dump the weight fast.

For some people, weight loss is easy. For others, it can be a difficult process.
With regular exercise, drink plenty of water, keep up the vegetable intake and a good, healthy balances diet, it should be relatively easy.
But hey, you can’t do this routine for just a week, it takes consistency and confidence.
