How can I make my muscles appear slimmer?

Okay, I know this question sounds silly, but I’m a fifteen year old girl and I cheer and tumble. From my cheering and tumbling I have a lot of muscle in my arms and legs. I don’t want to lose muscle and become weaker, but I was wondering if there is anyway to make the muscle appear slimmer? I don’t want to have arms that look like a boys.

    This seems to help me… Take white carbs out of your diet. Don’t remove carbs but replace them with good carbs for example instead of getting tuna or white, get a tuna on wheat. Or instead of eating mandarin ribs with rice, order it with brown rice instead.

    But most of it is just the way your body is built. You can only do so much — but be pleased with the fact that you are muscular and fit versus skinny and unfit or overweight.

    Either way, continue with your exercises and eating healthy.

    I do believe Pilates stretches the muscles and makes them longer and not as solid but ever stronger. Try this. Can’t hurt!
