How can i lose weight without much excercise?

I really dont like to excercise because i feel fat when i excercise. So i want to lose weight without like 1 hour workouts everyday. Wat foods can i eat that are healthy but filling? Also do u have any SHORT excercises that can help me lose belyl fat? P.S. I am 13 and weigh 102 pounds and am 5’3. Thanks!

    You already sound pretty skinny!
    Just try to drink water instead of cordials and sodas and keep away from unhealthy foods like chips, sweets, candy, sugar, biscuits, etc.

    Hey! Well, you can try not to eat during the night ( if you do that ) and instead of eating 3 big meals a day, try eating 4 small meals a day. ( But make sure they’re healthy! )

    Include plenty of fruits ,Vegetables,Fish and white meat in your diet.Avoid red meat ,fatty and processed food.

    Finish your dinner atleast 3 hours before bedtime.

    Swimming , cycling and walking will help.

    At 102 pounds you do not need to lose weight. You are already underweight for your height. talk to your parents about this, stop obsessing about weight, eat a healthy diet, get plenty of exercise – play sports – be a kid and enjoy life.

    I’m trying to loose weight, actually I have been trying for the last six months… I’ve experimented with a lot of different things, but I think I finally found something that might work.
    I started with some cookies made by a doctor named Dr. Siegel. I’ve started eating the cookies a little over two weeks ago and I’ve already lost 10 pounds. The cookies taste good and they work the way they claim to. Whenever I feel hungry I just eat a cookie and I won’t be hungry anymore.
    I still have a long way to go to reach my weight loss goal but with these cookies I think I can do it!

    Drink a ton of water, dont drink soda or ANYTHING sugary, cut out sugar from your diet, eat negative calorie foods like celery, go for walks more often, take in less calories than you burn and youre guarenteed to lose weight.

    I’d stick to foods like oatmeal, egg whites, low fat yogurt, cabbage soup, vegetables, celery, and anything else VERY low in calories but healthy. thats like all that I eat. When you want to eat junk food do something to take your mind off it. How can you say excercise makes you feel fat but then go and eat junk? You sound perfectly healthy and skinny to me though. Just dont eat fast food, switch to subway, there are healthy alternatives everywhere and each step you take helps you. I think EVERYONE should excercise, it’s just healthy.
