How can I lose weight without getting stretch marks?

I’m 5’2 and i weigh 120-125lbs and I’m planning to lose about 15 lbs. I don’t want to get any stretch marks if I lose a lot of weight ): How can I prevent from getting stretch marks? I don’t have any stretch marks right now.

if you dont have stretch marks now, which you dont at 125 lbs you wont get them from losing weight

Losing fat (which I guess is what you mean by “weight”) doesn’t give you stretch marks. It gives you loose skin, if you’re older than like 40

Gaining mass (fat or muscle) gives you stretch marks.

You have a healthy weight, so I wouldn’t worry about it. Your skin is fairly elastic, and will shrink as you burn fat.

They only way you would have any issues is if you were severely obese, or you lost a significant amount of fat in a very short period of time.

The Ultimate way to really loose weight is to detoxify the body first. Toxins in the body is really what kicks the body out of sync in the first place. Loosing weight is easy, it’s KEEPING that weight off where the problem comes in. When the body is put through a cleanse first then the weight loss challenge is much, much improved. Myself and some friends of mine have had some VERY good results with the program at the following website= They have a very well thought out exercise plan and very helpful food and meal plans. It is also amazingly easy to follow. One of the best parts about it is that it is COMPLETELY risk free. If your not satisfied 100% they offer a money back guarantee. In other words, one has nothing to loose but pounds!
    Good Luck.
