How can I lose weight really quickly?

I am not the most motivated person, and I am extremely self conscious. Since summer began I have not been the most active and havnt eaten the best. I’ve gained like 6 pounds and I simply feel discusting and have lost all confidence. I’m going away to a cottage in just under two weeks, can anyone help me by giving me some ways to lose drastic weight quickly? I’m desperate :S

    Unfortunately, here’s the reality: there is so way to lose a bunch of weight healthily in such a short span of time (unless you decide to have liposuction, I guess). The only real way to lose weight and to keep it off is to diet and exercise.

    It will make you feel good, make you healthy, and make you stronger.

    But if you want surgery, like liposuction, enjoy the pain!

    Do the ATkin’s Diet and stick to it. Go with 0 carbs for two weeks and you will lose weighat. I normally lose 8 pounds in a week. NO carbs at all. Eat meat, fish, eggs and a little cheese, mayo, steak and all the fat. The fat will keep you from wanting to eat. Just do this for two weeks and then start to add in more carbs.
