Eat only chicken and water for 5 days. Do cardio everyday.

That is impossible. Even if you were to starve yourself and exercise 2 hours a day, it’s impossible. There is no such thing as losing weight quickly, it takes months.

    eat only: fruits and vegetables
drink only: cool and hot water
Flush with (about 1 or 2 times during these 5 days): epsom salts and water mixed

If you need to lose weight fast, then follow what I’m about to share with you so that you can get rid of pounds and inches FAST. There are no crazy diets or hour long workouts talked about. This is an easy and quick way to lose weight.

    Need to Lose Weight Fast!

    1. Only 1 exercise necessary – walk uphill or on an inclining treadmill

There is no other exercise you need to do in order to lose weight quickly. This is it. Everyone walks. Unfortunately, just about everyone walks on some sort of flat surface. That’s not good enough for fast weight loss.

Just making the small change of walking upwards (15-20 degree inclines are best) makes a HUGE HUGE difference in fat loss. Walking and incline walking are NOTHING alike.

I prefer a treadmill that inclines because I really don’t have a nearby hill to walk up. Plus I don’t have to deal with rain, snow, or any other type of bad weather. This allows for consistent workouts.

    2. Everyday – Eat scrambled eggs

Eggs are a SUPERFOOD. Eat them at least once everyday. They fill you up and the protein in eggs is rated as the best protein from any source. AND… if you didn’t already know, protein naturally speeds up your metabolism. Don’t treat eggs as JUST a breakfast food. You can eat them whenever.

However, the best time to eat them in first thing in the morning due to your overnight fasting (sleep). You need that metabolic kickstart from eggs or something else high in protein.

    3. Snacks – Apples, EVERYDAY

Apples are by far my favorite snack. Personally, I love the taste of bananas more. But unfortunately, bananas aren’t in the same league as apples. Apples are high in water content, have 5 grams of fiber in each of them, and have few calories… AND… they fill you up really good as snacks.

Here’s the thing… if you were to humor me and eat 3 apples a day as snacks (or 5 minutes before a meal), you’d AUTOMATICALLY lose 2-3 pounds in a month. It’s beyond easy. Don’t discount apples because it’s not some flashy “lose weight fast” trick or whatever.

So if you need to lose weight fast, use these 3 basic tips that are proven and expect weight to start disappearing shortly.

If you’re SICK and TIRED of getting the same old boring weight loss advice… you know, like “Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water, jog, and Blah Blah Blah”, then…

If you are preparing to go somewhere to look thinner, the solution may lie in the way you dress- a mind trick. Vertical stripes add length to your body, and also you may want to look into a corset.

Losing that much weight is very VERY unhealthy. Even if you stop eating and exercise, when you go back to old eating habits your metabolism will slow down, causing more weight gain.

I’ve lost several inches and pounds from healthy eating, regular cardio, pilates, and weight training. Spark people .com is very good with helping you to regulate a schedule, food, and even a great community to make friends with.
    Good luck!

You can’t lose that weight in 5 days, or a week. Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we’ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.

Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few additional small changes – walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.

Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can’t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate – in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don’t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.
