depends how over weight you are, basicly eat less, eat healthy, dont eat to much at once, split a meal in two and eat half at 12, and the other half at 3ish for example, and exercise, raise your heart rate for around 30 minutes per day for a start if your not to over weight, dont jump into things, use google;)

you can’t lose weight quickly without starving yourself (which is so bad for your internal organs) or diet pills (which are very bad for your heart). The best “cure” is prevention.

You are taking the right approach to weight loss. Starving and taking pills are not really good ways to reduce weight. Anyway, if you do not want to starve yourself, be sure to eat small meals about 5-6 times a day. It is that easy, reduce your portion and eat them regularly. Next, take more healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables and do not forget fibers too. They keep you feel full longer. Last but not least, you should exercise to lose weight healthily. Choose something that you like and exercise it with your friends and family. You should be able to have a healthy weight if you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

No, never starve yourself or eat pills. the best way is to just eat normally (no fatty foods) and try not to eat fast food alot. never eat junk foods or small snacks that you don’t really need. plz, i’ve seen people who have starved themselves, and the result, was not bad, but their physical health went below average and had all kinds of difficulties, e.g weak bladder, fatigue, drowsiness, etc. after you eat your food, you can always do exercise in the morning. i woke up every 4 or 5am and would go for a jog, and at night, after 1 hour from dinner, i would do push ups, sit ups, treadmill and other various stomach movements. really, you can get anything if you’re not determined…

cut your calories down as much as you can. this does NOT mean you have to starve. you just have to choose low-calorie foods, i.e. vegetables, fruit, low-cal wheat bread, soup, etc. there are lists of low-cal foods all over the interenet.
drink plenty of water. & go running for a half hour in the monrnings to charge your metabolism. that should do it!

There’s two ways you could go and I think either way will work for you. First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.

That means understand the food pyramid, the food groups, the recommended servings, etc. That is how you should eat for life! If you eat that way and have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you will lose weight. Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories. Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
