How can I lose weight quickly, but healthily too?

I’m 17 years old. I weigh 130lbs and my height is 5’3″. I don’t have the time to have a weekly exercise routine, because I’m in school everyday, then I work right after school until 9pm. My lifestyle is exhausting, and I’m really unhappy with my recent weight gain. How can I lose it, with my busy schedule, and the healthy way?
Thanks, and I’ll be sure to give 10pts to whoever helps me most.

You NEED to do aerobic exercise at LEAST 3 days a week for 30 minutes and cut down on your calories to burn fat. Remember, don’t exercise everyday, your muscles need rest, if they don’t get rest, they wont work as well as they should, which would kinda slow down the wieght loss. I exercise 5 days a week. On Mondays, Wensdays, and Fridays, I do 2 miles. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do 1 mile(by jogging in place, not the track), but thats just me.

Time for some aerobic exercise routines, you could try running alot of laps around a school track:

4 laps = 1 mile, try running this in 15 minutes(this is pretty much just for general health, not really rabid weight loss). If you don’t want to go outside and want to do some sort of in home exercise just walk at a fast pace in place for 15 minutes.

8 laps = 2 miles, try running this in 30 minutes, this is when you start noticing fat/weight loss. If you don’t want to go outside and want to do some sort of in home exercise just walk at a fast pace in place for 30 minutes.

12 laps = 3 miles, try running this in 45 minutes, this is the PERFECT rate for fat buring, but takes work, time, effort, and endurance. If you don’t want to go outside and want to do some sort of in home exercise just walk at a fast pace in place for 45 minutes( this walking in place for 45 minutes part may get a bit boring, so for this one stick to the track lol).

Here’s some tips to make the walking in place activities less boring.

    1. Watch a T.V. program you really like to watch while you do it.

    2. Listen to music while you do it.

    3. Do a routine thats right for you, just as longs as you do aerobic exercise at LEAST 3 days a week for 30 minutes.

The best time to exercise would be 2 hours after diner, but 1 hour is just fine too. (Its working for me lol)

Now time to talk about cutting down your calories.

For you hieght and wieght I’d say eat no more than 1’200 calories a day, but if your going to do exercise the way I mentioned, you can go ahead and increase your calorie intake on the days you exercise to 1’300 since your going to burn some of them off by exercising, lol ^.^’

Eat at least 3 meals a day, every like 4 or 5 hours (if not, it will slow down your metabolism and wieght loss), and eat you food according to the serving size so you can count and know for sure how many calories your taking in, oh and stray away from sodas, they really add on access calories.

Anyway, I hope this helps, and good luck. 🙂

It’s bizarre for me to notice something on the WWW which is as exciting and appealing as what you’ve got here! Your article is actually fair, your graphics are exceptional, and what’s more, you work with reference that are suitable to exactly what you’re stating. You’re absolutely one in a thousand, wonderful job.
