When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Things like nutrisystem don’t work nearly as well as just eating healthy. Lots of fruits/veggies, good proteins, good calciums, good carbs (only whole wheat!) and lots of water!
Start running, its the best thing for you and the best way to lose fat quick!
Also start up something like pilates, i have the home dvd: Hit The Spot Pilates with Denise Austin. best dvd i’ve ever used and is so good-yet quick/simple, makes you sweat still!

Here is the story of my life, you should do what I do on here, word for word if possible. But the IMPORTANT PART is doing a LOT of sports, RUNNING AND LIFTING WEIGHTS ALOT, eating VERY HEALTHY and NOT WORRYING ABOUT EATING TOO MUCH and DRINKING ALOT OF WATER.

    ok here goes…

I wrestle for my varsity wrestling team (extremely good), and I play basketball and football for fun (im pretty good at them). Also, whenever I can I like to go snowboarding/wakeboarding with friends.

I go to the gym around 3-6 times a week, depending on my motivation. when i go, i usually lift legs and core and overall… since my upper body is naturally big and my lower body is naturally cut but not as big. when i lift upper body, i do high reps to balance this out. (but you should just do 3 sets of 15-20 for upper AND lower body, if u want to lose weight.)

I eat a balanced diet of all 5 food groups, and only eat natural foods, organic when possible. NOTHING that isn’t really good and nutrient-rich; no junk food AT ALL. I eat 6 small meals a day usually, and i eat a bigger breakfast and less at night. (The reason for me eating this healthy is cuz 1) it works, 2) u dont have to limit ur food intake at all if u eat healthy like this to get super-cut and lose weight, 3) i’ll live longer in the long run, and feel better in the short run, and 4) im a wrestler so i need to be super-cut and make weight and stuff.

Lastly, I get 9 hours of sleep and drink a lot of water. I drink a full glass of water at LEAST with every meal. if i have to make my meal smaller to accommodate it, fine. this way, i stay hydrated and can feel full, without ever OVEReating. And if im hydrated, i can work out more!

PS last thing, my favorite foods are tuna, yogurt (NOT lowfat yogurt, regular organic yogurt!), Kashi GoLean high protein cereal, asparagus, salads, fish, and blueberries/bananas.

For breakfast I usually have 3 eggs, a protein shake, and the kashi cereal (or oatmeal). for lunch, a turkey or venison sandwich, with a multivitamin, and some fruit and yogurt. for dinner i might have tuna casserole with a salad.

these are just the main 3 meals, i have another 3 meals as well inbetween those.
    ======================================…

And just so you feel comfortable with my advice:

    I run a mile in 5:34, I weigh 140, I’m 5’7, I can squat 245, I can bench 185, I can do 27 pull-ups, I can do 124 pushups, I can do 600 sit-ups, Im a district champion wrestler, I can calf raise over 460 even tho my calves are naturally small, I can run a 4.7 40m dash, and I’ve run a half-marathon before without stopping.

The key for losing those excess pounds is easy – eat less food and exercise more often – the difficulties arise when we actually try to put that into operation! There are a lot of stumbling blocks out there aren’t there?! The sole method which clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Fox News and USA Today. I lost thrity pounds, it clearly does work!

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as fast. The one diet that really delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it was highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off 30 pounds, it really does work!
