How can I lose weight quickly?

I’m going away on holiday in 3 weeks, and really want to be able to go down to the pool and to the beach in a bikini without feeling embarrassed. I wouldn’t say I’m over weight, but I could definately afford to lose some. It’s my stomach I really need to shift some weight off. I need some ways to lose weight really quickly, but I don’t want to do it dangerously. Any help would be awesome.

    I know how ya feel! But from personal experience do not try all those stupid hollywood diets. Its very un healthy to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. But if you just want to lose a couple pounds then here are some tips to help shed pounds off your stomach: 1) Try doing a few crunches every day but make sure that you do it on a yoga mat so you don’t hurt your back 2) Go for a ten minute morning jog( it really helps strengthen and tone pretty much everything on your body!) 3) If you like going to the spa than go to the sauna! It’ll help you sweat which helps you lose weight 4) Drink lots of water and stay HYDRATED! That will give you energy to be able to do all these things lol.     The easiest way for you to loose wait is by changing your eating habits and your mental state. Stay away from sweets, snacks,and make sure you count your calories and you know what and how much your eating. i believe its like 1,700-1,900 calories or something like that but make sure you stretch out your calories throughout the day.Also drink a lot of water and try substituting, for example substitute all drinks for water and instead of strawberry jelly try the real thing, slice strawberries and lay them down on your bread it may taste weird at first but you’ll learn how to just get over it eventually…after all, how much weight do you want to loose? Also your mental state needs to change…just think how bad do you want to loose wait? How good do you want to look in your bikini? And make sure you stay positive because the way you think is the way you live your life 🙂

    You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
    Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
    Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
    Snack: nuts or fruits
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack again
    Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
    You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one and called as Truth About Abs. Me and my friends use it.     I have found this great diet site where this woman, Betty Winter, talks about how she lost weight with an easy healthy diet and gives tips, advice and a great diet program. It seems to be a hit on the net, and it’s not expensive. It helped me a lot, I’ve started a diet a month ago and have lost about 25 pounds so far.
