How can i lose weight pretty quickly?

I am 18, I weight about 118 and i am 5 3. I would really like to lose about 10 pounds pretty quickly. I work out 4 times a week atleast and I eat pretty well. Any healthy tricks of the trade you can share with me to lose a signifigant amount of weight in a short period of time?
