How can I lose weight in my shoulders without gaining too much muscle?

I am trying to lose weight in my shoulders and back, my top is bigger than my bottom. If I walk and exercise, I’m losing more weight in my legs and hips and I don’t won’t to lose weight there. I don’t won’t to get to bulky so what can I do?

    If you walk and exercise, you are NOT losing more in your legs and hips — that is a myth.
    What is actually happening is that the muscles are getting more toned and shapely… the same will happen with your upper body if you add upper-body workouts. Just tailor the workouts to be cardiovascular in nature (work up a sweat and maintain an increased heartbeat) and you will be fine.
