How can i lose weight from my legs?

All my friends tell me i’m good and that i shouldnt lose weight, but i feel that my legs (only the calf )are fat compared to my whole body. What type of exercise can help? Or maybe some food?

    This is probably genetics, you might just have to accept your faith, with your legs, but you could try to wrap them in saran plastic wrap, it’ll make them sweat more when you exercise. Give it a try and let me know!

    work on leg flexibility ((try working to get your splits)) and then do lunges!! im a dancer and i do those things all the time!

    Face a wall land stand on the balls of your feet. go up and down do 3 rep of ten. you will see the different also walking is very good too.
