How can I lose weight from my inner thighs?
I’ve been working out really hard and I am happy with the rest of my body, however I cannot seem to lose weight from my inner thighs. Are there any special exercises or cardio workouts that would help me lose that fat?
Please only answer if you know what you’re talking about. Thanks!

Squats for sure. also do work outs that make you squeeze your legs together

Disregard Phil’s stupid answer. Squats are a strength and muscle gaining exercise. To lose fat (you cannot lose fat in just one part of your body), you must do cardiovascular exercises, such as running, swimming, football, etc.
This will only work if you’re burning off more calories than you’re eating, so make sure you eat a healthy diet.

Do pilates! it tones you all over and the best exercise for inner thighs: stand with feet apart alined with your shoulders and make them look like penguin feet so in other words spread them outwards and squat !

disregard pigs answer, phil was right, although you cant target specific areas which is correct, you can tone and define muscle areas. Such as when i do squats/lunges i feel my glutes, legs, thighs area much tighter and firmer. Although youre not exactly burning speciic fat there, it will feel firmer.
