go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Stop eating when you’re full. Also create a routine like walk/run for 40 minutes . Good luck

Running is free and works quickly. Cut out soda, and carbs and watch your snacking

Weight Watchers is really great. You have to write down everything you eat, and theres a certain number of points you can have in a day. It really helps with portion control and it makes you realize what you eat. Weight Watchers not only helps you lose weight, it helps change your diet, so you’re much healthier in the long run.

It’s great, I’ve been on the program for about a month, and I’ve lost almost 15 pounds.
    Good Luck 😀

Go to the sidewalk outside of your house and run around it until you feel exhausted.

Honestly, obviously it doesn’t matter to you if you want to lose weight without exercising. Of course just diet and lifestyle make up the biggest part of weight loss/gain, but really, a simple hour of exercise a day will make your calorie deficit for the day over 600, meaning you lose over a pound a week. If you want to really lose weight, then do an hour an a half of high intensity exercise a day, and half of lower intensity and eat less than 2,000 calories a day.

going to the gym isn’t the only thing that raises your metabolism, although muslces burn more calories even when idle. while caffeine and other stimulants will raise your metabolism and burn fat, they may have adverse health effects. so a little is fine, but don’t overdo it.

vitamins B6 and B12 also help burn fat. energy drinks such as Rockstar, etc are a significant source of vitamin B, but also caffeine.

another good idea is green tea (diet, of course). while relatively low in caffeine, green tea contains catechins which have been clinically proven to burn fat.

bottom line: carbs & protein are lowest in calorie count (4 cal/1g), alcohol=7cal, fat=9 cal. so plan your meals accordingly and stay sober! 😉

you can buy any diet drinks or food supplements containing an L-carnitine. that is a substance that would prevent your body from absorbing fats..

    here’s the fact:

Dietary carnitine can be easily obtained in a number of foods. Perhaps the best source is meat, particularly beef, sheep, and lamb. Other animal foods such as milk, cheese, and poultry contain somewhat less carnitine, while fruits and vegetables have negligible amounts (Kanter & Williams, 1995). In light of this, one must recognize that a diet containing sufficient amounts of essential amino acids will provide the necessary building blocks for our bodies to synthesize sufficient quantities of carnitine.

L-carnitine functions in a three-part enzyme complex (carnitine acyltransferase I, carnitine translocase, and carnitine acyltransferase II) that is responsible for transport of long-chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane to the cristae where ss-oxidative enzymes are active (Pande et. al., 1980).

However, carnitine supplementation with supraphysiological doses above and beyond that which the body requires, does not result in increased fat oxidation at rest or during exercise in well-nourished individuals; thus, it appears that we can synthesize the necessary amounts from a diet adequate in its precursors (lysine and methionine). Those medically diagnosed as carnitine-deficient may benefit from a supplement, but this condition is uncommon.

I had been using the Nepal milk diet during 1 month. And I’ve lost 24 pounds. It’s real easy to slim down with that diet. You can get the full information about the diet here http://www.slimfast.clanteam.com
