Right now, I eat one small meal a day and do 40 crunches
and I’m seeing results, but I want to find an easier way
to lose weight fast while eating but not exercising.

To me, what you’re doing doesn’t sound healthy.
You’re body needs more than one small meal a day. I would suggest moving to 3 small meals a day, but keep them small if you are watching your calorie intake.
There is no other natural way to lose weight without exercising other than to stop eating but DON’T stop eating, it will lower your metabolism, meaning that when you eat again you will put all the weight that you have lost back on again. It is also fatal!!!
I would suggest, if you want to lose weight, doing 1 hour of exercise a day, and eating a healthy balanced diet.
