How can I lose weight fast within 5 months?

Well I’m 14 and 123 pounds. 5’1” or 5 feet exactly. I wanna lose a bunch of weight before June 15. how? I wanna show my friends how I can change but I need help :/ I’m really unhappy the way I look

    How much weight exactly?
    For how tall you are, going below 105 lbs sounds unhealthy.

    Just start to eat better slowly and exercise 30 to 60 minutes a day.

    edit: please don’t starve yourself or make yourself vomit like one of the other answerers. you’ll just be on a crash course to the hospital or death.

    excercising is irritating. just go walking with your ipod in your ears. you have 5 months and 123 pounds is NOT uncommon for a 14 year old.

    so if you just stick to a decent healthy diet and some exercise (maybe do hardcore cardio on the weekends) you could lose a lot.

    …the most important thing: BE HAPPY.

    Honey, you’re at a healthy weight for your height right now and you’re still growing (height wise). Your body will need calories to continue that growth, so I wouldn’t worry about trying to lose anything. What *might* make you feel better is to get exercise every day and throw in some strength/weight training every other day to tone your body. I know that when I was a teenager I felt a lot better when I had a toned body, than when I didn’t (I also had a lot more energy. I was also the correct weight for my height.) Definitely work on eating well, getting in a little exercise each day and tone up your body. You’ll feel a lot better about yourself, trust me. I know I did.
