If you burn more calories than you eat each day, along with eating healthy you will about 2-3 pounds a week.
Forcing weight lost is dangerous and not healthy.

You can loose like 11 pounds in one week by doing a cleanse …. its not pleasant sounding i have only seen it work in others. But you basicallly take these supplements to replenish your body and dont eat for a week and it flushes you of any mal adaptations in your body as far as food.

Well I have been told to drink heaps of water 8-10 glasses a day(make sure its ice cold) do atleast 1-2 hours of excersize weather it be treadmill, running, jogging, sit ups..Just exsersize.
Also to stop eating junk foods, and concentrate on chicken & fish and salads, stop eating chocolates and snacks that are full of fat. And to cut down my eating..dont eat as much as you would half it and eat until your satisfied..not until your bloated..um and stop eating after 7pm. Also eating alot of fruit is good to 🙂 I have my 21st in 2 weeks and im starting all this tomorrow!! I need to loose weight fast.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Well last week I dropped 1size, by drinking 10 bottles of water(tip-always have a water bottle with you) and by exercising 3times a day(the morning, after lunch, and and the evening) for an 1:45 min.

compare the calories you intake to the calories you spend eat right 3 meals a day just a little smaller a couple of spoon full less every day walk more swim good luck

If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

The fastest way to lose weight is to
a. fast for 24-48 hours and drink lots of water
b. eat lots of eggs for breakfast, lots of meats throughout the day. Limit vegetables to 6 ounces per day. No beans, carrots or potatoes.
c. avoid ALL sugar & flour products, ALL
d. avoid ALL alchohol, ALL
e. do not weigh yourself, it will trick you
f. eat nothing past 7pm, if you get hungry have a diet coke or 2
g. Do not eat fruit
Again, this is extreme and temporary. I have helped thousands of people lose weight and this program has provided the best results over and over again.
DON’T COUNT CALORIES. They are totally useless and defeating. Sugar, simple carbs, some cheeses, some veggies, most fruits, some nuts….these actually make body fat. Cut them out of your life and you will get skinny quick!

for those who doubt me, that’s fine. My body speaks for itself. I am 47 with 7% body fat. I simply walk 15-30 minutes a day and do pushups & dips every 2 minutes. Eating is 90% of the weight loss battle. Most people are fat because they are confused, not lazy. I can help anyone, yes anyone lose weight if they will do exactly what i tell them to.
