How can i lose weight fast–as in 2 weeks?

I wanna lose weight–but i also want to keep my curves. lol
I’m 13 and will be swimming all summer so obviously i need to look good!! 🙂
I need a specific thing to follow–a specific idea or plan to keep with so if you know any that will help you lose weight fast (but naturally) i would REALLY appreciate it. I wanna stay healthy and fit, you know? So, if you’re gonna insult me pllllleaseee dont.

    Eat no more than 50 grams of carbohydrates per day. You will lose about three pounds a week. Be sure to include a serving of a high fiber cereal like Allbran or take a fiber supplement. Eat all the meat you want. Drink plenty of water. Eat low carb vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, green beans, and okra. Avoid root vegetables like potatoes, all breads and grains, most fruits (cantalopes are low carb). Whatever you eat, count carbs, not calories. Remember, do not go over 50 grams of carbohydrates and you will lose weight. You will crave carbs big time. I beat the cravings by allowing myself one day, the first of each month, when I would eat everything I denied myself during the month. After going over 50 grams of carbs, 1000 grams has the same effect: I did not lose (or gain) weight for about a week; but after a week I began to lose again. With that one day off each month, I lost about 10 pounds a month. I only weighed myself once a month so that I would feel good about my weight loss.

    Dont try any diet pills, no crazy diets, therse a million out there and you just get confused trying one diet after another and none work permanently. Honesty theres no fast solution, the most you can lose in two weeks is 4 pounds if ur doing it the healthy and safe way. The concept is simple, calculate your daily calorie needs, using your bmr (whihc u also have to calculate, this site does it for you http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/) then lower ur calorie intake by 500 calories a day. if u eat less than ur daily calorie needs, ull lose weight, if u eat more, ull gain. eating 500 less calories a day will make u lose one pound a week. u can lower ur calories per day by exercising or eating less, but the best way is doing both. remember to make the weight loss last, you have to do it the healthy and safe way, or else your body goes into survival mode and makes it so much harder for you to loser weight effectively, so just don’t go below 1200 calories a day, and thats already too low.     You probably should not be dieting at your age, but me saying that isn’t going to stop you so prepare for a grueling diet…

    Cut out ALL sugar/high fructose corn syrup. Cut out processed and fast foods. Cut out whole milk. Cut out bread/cereal/grains/oats. Cut out soda/gatorade/etc. Limit juice. Drink LOTS of water. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Eat 10-12 oz PER DAY of lean protein (like white-meat chicken, lowfat cheese, salmon, tuna, and limited amounts of lean beef). Watch your calorie intake and do aerobic exercises 30 mins 3-5 days a week.

    If you’re only going to be dieting for two weeks, this should help you lose a sufficient amount of weight in a short amount of time. I did this diet for a month and lost 16 lbs. However, keep in mind that this is a really hard diet… you have to measure everything and cut down on a lot of things! But it does work fast.
