Well when you lose fat a little muscle goes away with it usually, but you can build it back quite easily. And when I say a little muscle I mean like 15% is muscle while 85% is fat. Do some cardio, intake a lot of protein, and work out with high weights few reps to build the muscle back. To burn the fat as I said cardio, and low weight with lots of reps.

Drink lots of water, eat plenty of fruit. Walk. But be careful not to starve yourself because as soon as you eat a regular meal, the weight will come back. Swimming is also a good exercise..

keep walking and maybe start to jog, and do lots of crunches and pushups. those wont help you lose weight because muscle weighs more than fat, but you will look better.

Most people try to make losing weight sound harder or more “scientific” than it is. The bottom line is if you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. The average person consumes about 2000 calories in a day. An hour of aerobic exercise will burn somewhere between 300-500 calories depending on your size and the exercise. A pound of fat equals about 3500 calories.
Most experts also recommend not trying to lose more than two pounds per week. If you starve yourself to try to lose more, your body will go into a “starvation” mode and actually break down muscle to burn instead of fat.
So if you cut your eating by 500 calories and burned an extra 500 calories each day, this would be 1000 calories per day (or 7000 calories per week). This would be the two pounds that you should be trying to lose.

That’s not a lot of calories to sustain much of a workout or ecercise program. Do a muscle building routine for your overall body and that will help to burn fat off your body. At the same time you need to eat a healthy diet full of nutritionall food to give your body the fuel it needs. That diet should consist of fresh fruits and veggies that will give you the nutrition you need.
Here’s some info about dieting and fat loss, plus exercise that may be what you need:
