How can I lose some belly fat and thigh fat quickly?
I have been skinny for my whole life and lately I have been gettig some loose fat in these areas. I am not overweight accordig to my bmi thing I am right where I should be but I would just like to lose some fat on my stomach and thighs really quickly. Can anyone give me some tips on how to do this quickly and effectively please?
