How can i lose my chest fat and build up my chest?

Well i dont have much chest fat but i need to lose these fast and i want to built up my chest. I am 6’1 and 170 lbs and im 15.

    It is imnpossible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time.

    You don’t want to lose the chest fat actually. You want to make the fat, muscle.
    So do a bunch of pushups, and lift weights from your side all the way up to your chest 3 ft up.

    Do this twice every other day.

    First, you should try weightlifting. Bench press is very good for isolating the chest as are dumbell flys on a bench (decline preferably). These should build up your chest in no time. Pushups are also good if your dont have access to a gym or weights. Dont not neglect the other parts of your body. You would only want to dedicate one quarter to a third at the most of your time to your chest

    To lose fat you must first do you weights (this will use up your glycogen stores) followed by cardio (such as running, skipping etc) which will burn energy from fat deposits (this fat comes from all over your body not just your chest) so dont give up too early.

    Also get plenty of rest and ensure you consume enough protein to build muscle. It is possible to lose fat and build muscle at the same time for they are not related – fat cannot be directly turned into muscle and vice versa
