How can I lose my actual weight and my water weight fast?
Hi, I’m 17 and I’ve been trying to lose weight since last month, but I was wondering, how can I lose my excess weight fast? And about the water weight, where does this come from, how will I know if I have water weight, and how can I lose it? There’s one thing I don’t understand, If drinking a lot of water helps you lose weight, then what is water weight? Can I have this water weight by simply drinking water?

You should not stop drinking water. You lose water weight by cutting out things that make you hold onto weight, like too much salt, sugar, alcohol, etc. I doubt you actually have a lot of water weight though. “Retaining water weight” is just a fancy term overweight people like to use to make an excuse for why they’re not losing weight. Stop eating so much, drink a lot of water, and you should lose weight fast.
